The Wolfman Duathlon is an annual Memphis tradition. The race is held at Shelby Farms, along the Tour de Wolf Trails, starting at Gate 11 from Raleigh-Lagrange Road.
​
The race features a course entirely off-road route on the Tour De Wolf trails for the 3-mile run, 6-mile mountain bike, and a 1-mile race to the finish.
​
Not familiar with the course? Then attend one of the Wolfman Duathlon training days to ride and run the course. Meet at the race site on Sunday September 19th and Saturday September 26th at 10AM.
​
Upon completion of the race, medals, and other trophies will be awarded to winners and finishers.
​
After the awards presentation, everyone will gather for the annual tradition of hot dogs, hamburgers and other refreshment to celebrate the event.
