MOST MEMORABLE RACE: 2007 Ironman Florida – Not only my first Ironman but Henry Forrest cut through the run course to personally congratulate me for finishing. Henry was one of fifteen who competed in the first Ironman in 1978 and passed away less than a year after the race.
