Set a Tennessee state record for the marathon, qualified for Team USA Duathlon, raced in Worlds Duathlon in Spain and France, won national championship in Tour D'Wolf mountain bike, being ranked 4th in the nation in Duathlon and 5th two years later
UPCOMING GOALS:No more goals left, just trying to maintain reasonable fitness level
BIGGEST INSPIRATION: starting at the age of 44 doing all these sports weighing in at 185 lbs
BIGGEST CHALLENGES: overcoming all my surgeries, knee replacement, two rotator cuff repairs
