About Us
Terrapin Racing was established in 1999 as an USAT amateur triathlon team. Members thrive on endurance competitions and outtings. You will see Terrapins all across Memphis, into Arkansas, and down in Mississippi. We have grown together as a family, and share a passion for the sport. Some members prefer cycling only, others road or trail races, others relay participation. Some members like to go long, others like the quick sprints. Amongst our differences, we all share a common bond for training and racing and support each other's goals and aspirations.
The team holds a high honor of having the most Ironman finishes throughout the mid-south region. If you are interested in Ironman training, you'll likely find a Terrapin willing to share a story.
